New Endings

Cardiff, 2011 ongoing

This proposal is a search for urban opportunities. It looks to investigate those closed ‘dead end’ streets found in Cardiff as dormant, urban spaces of public relevance. With such disconnected public spaces, the project looks to investigate opportunities that can instigate improvement and care for the common space we inhabit.

Most recently, we developed an installation with artist Ruth Mclees along with a street party in one of these spaces to further express the importance of these neglected public spaces.
